Enjoy exploring drawing and collage with mixed media artist Alessandra Ausenda.
Within this workshop we will explore the world of intense colour. Drawing inspiration from Etel Adnan, a famous Arab-American poet and visual artist, children will learn how to work with colour.
Like Adnan, they will start by painting a red square and then learn how to build an image around it using harmonious colours and balance the composition. Make beautiful paintings to take home.
For children aged 7-13, these Summer workshops are like no other, where children get to work in our studio overlooking the sea and use the same high art quality materials as our adult courses. They are taught by experienced artist tutors and leave feeling inspired with beautiful work.
A parent or guardian is welcome to join in the workshop with their child, at the child’s rate of £40 and make their own artwork.
