Discover the studio, yard and garden where Hepworth once lived and worked, and take the time to sketch the impressive sculptures set amongst leafy green foliage.
Tutor @hilaryjeangibson.illustrator will guide you through the historic garden before you head back to Porthmeor Studios to build on your sketches, using mixed media and watercolour!

Join us on Porthminster Beach for a special workshop led by artist, Victoria Gillow.
Victoria will guide you in creating your own Cornish version of Matisse’s still life, where simple planes of colour, shape and pattern come together. All materials are provided so just turn up and create your very own Cornish Riviera still life painting to take away!
Booking in advance is recommended but we will try to accommodate anyone on the day as well.

Drawing + Painting on the beach 🏖
Join us in two weeks time for a weekend of food, drink, and drawing & painting on the beach!
We`ll be at St Ives Food & Drink Festival where you will be able to try your hand at Life Drawing on the Saturday and learn how to paint a still life on the Sunday.

This brand-new course focuses on integrating the human figure into the landscape through outdoor and studio-based study, encompassing both drawing and painting.
