Head of Programming and Participation

 

About the role: Work as part of the leadership team to develop and deliver our creative programme so it serves the needs of students, delivers social impact and enables the charity to be financially sustainable.

Job duration: Permanent

Start: As soon as possible

Hours: 30hrs (37.5 is a full-time week), worked mainly Monday – Thursday with some flexibility required to cover Technician holidays and sickness for studio including weekends.

Salary:£21,600 (£27,000 for a full time post)

About the role

Efficiently run the office and administration systems and ensure students are guided, advised and encouraged so they feel confident in their choices. Ensure the student has an excellent experience from enquiry to arrival. 

Job duration: Permanent

Start: Immediately

Hours: 22.5 hours worked over four days (Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday)

Salary:£9.30 a hour (Annual £18,135 for a full time post)

 Studio Technician

 

About the role

The perfect role for a creative and practical problem solver who likes to get their hands dirty. Help us to run the School’s studio efficiently and safely so students have the best experience possible.

 

 Job duration: Permanent

Start: Immediately

Hours: 22.5 hrs a week (Thursday, half day Friday and Saturday plus every other Sunday). These shifts will be regular but are also flexible depending on the needs of the courses each week. So the half day may be swapped and the start and finish times adjusted. Additional overtime especially over summer period would also be required.

Salary:£9.30 a hour (Annual £18,135 for a full time post)
